Terms of Use

1. Agreement

Mind Maya ("the App"), on the web, iPhone and Android, is owned and operated by Anwesha Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@mindmayaa.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Not therapy or medical advice

Dream interpretations in the App are produced by artificial intelligence, drawing on literature in depth psychology. They are offered for reflection only. They are not psychological, psychiatric, medical or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health or wellbeing. If you are in distress or at risk of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Your content

Your dreams, recordings and the interpretations generated for you remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to the AI and transcription providers we use, only to provide the App to you. You are responsible for what you submit, and you must not submit content you have no right to share. You can delete your account, with all your dreams and interpretations, at any time using Delete Account in the App or on the website.

5. Plans, trial and Premium credits

• The Free plan includes a limited number of Basic interpretations each month.
• The Premium plan is a paid subscription with higher monthly allowances, including Premium interpretations.
• New accounts receive a free 7-day trial with full access. No payment is taken for the trial.
• Premium credits each pay for one Premium interpretation. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable. If an interpretation fails before it completes, the credit it used is returned to your account automatically.
• The allowances in each plan are shown in the App and may change; we will tell you before a change affects a subscription you have already paid for.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is offered weekly, monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, your Google Play account or, on the web, your card through Stripe, depending on where you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: on iPhone in Settings, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions; on the web under Account, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded only under Apple's or Google's refund policies; request those refunds from Apple or Google. Web subscriptions are not refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the App's security or operation;
• use automated means to access the App, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
• work around plan limits, for example by creating multiple accounts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. Our App

The App, its design, text and software belong to Anwesha Technologies LLC and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the App, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Anwesha Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on interpretations, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. App Store and Google Play

If you use the App on iPhone, these Terms are between you and Anwesha Technologies LLC, not Apple, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, or for providing support for it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away protections you have under the laws of the place where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
